Script - Download & Manipulate Files
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Hello,
I need an experienced developer to write 2x scripts that shall download periodically every 10 minutes around 20 text files and then do some manipulation (remove specific lines, add specific lines, write incremental counter).
Notes:
- Script should be developed in recommended language for manipulating large files with 10,000s of lines. I prefer C/C++ or bash script whichever is recommended.
- The runtime of the script shouldn't exceed 1 minutes on the entire 20 files (each have 10,000s of lines).
- Script to utilize error handling, it shouldn’t stop at all, should re-attempt any failed download or R/RW transaction.
- Script should log the every download and file editing even along with timestamp in local directory file.
