SSL certificate installation in aws and move to uBUNTU FROM ec2

we have aws server on ec2 and we want to install our ssl certificate in one of the domain and also move server to ubuntu from EC2 with all the files. oUR API'S ARE NOT WORKING AS OF NOW. we want a perfect work.
