SSH Permission issue on Centos 7

I am getting one small permission issue on my Linux Centos 7 server. Also I need to reset the root permission, As there were some issue raised after restoration of database, and due to bad command the permission has got changed.

Hardly a 15 minute job for a person who is experience and able to resolve permission error on the server.
