SMTP Server requires debugging [azure,mailcow,SMTP]

SMTP Server Debugging for Personal Use

I am in need of a professional who can debug my SMTP server as I am experiencing errors in both sending and receiving emails. This project requires immediate attention.

Used tech stack: Software
• Mail cow (Dockerized or bare metal installation)
• DNS server
• SSH client
• Web browser (if using webmail)
• DKIM signing tool (such as opendkim)
• SPF record generator (such as spfquery

Requirements:-
• Setup Mail Exchange Service SMTP
• Setup IMAP/POP3
• Setup Spam and Antivirus Guidelines Auto Updatation
• SSH configuration for Mail Server access
• Configuring DNS Records
• If require Webmail, then setting Webmail Configuration option for local access
• SSL/TLS Implementation for Security measures
• Setting up Domain keys Identified Mail
• Implementing Sender Policy Framework as a must security measure
• Multiple emails access
• Administration email
• Server should work with any programming language through requests or APIs
• Things provided by us:-
• Linux VM and needed resources + all mail and security logs


Skills and Experience Required:

- Proficiency in Azure and Mailcow
- Strong knowledge of SMTP protocols
- Experience in debugging SMTP server issues
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve email sending and receiving errors promptly
- Familiarity with email server configurations and settings
