SMS Gateway & SIM Bank Market & Product Knowledge and Expert Configuration

I want to purchase and setup a multi-port GSM SMS Gateway to receive SMS text messages, retrieve them and post them to a web page or client program for users to view. I want someone very familiar with recent knowledge and experience selecting the best GSM Gateway and SIM Bank products because there are so many to choose from. Initially, I'll start with a 4 or 8 port GSM Gateway that is compatible with a SIM Bank. I'm undecided whether to use a GSM Gateway device or a PCI Express card. Also need someone who is configuring SMS programs to support receiving and retrieving the text messages, and working with a SIM Bank to rotate SIMS.
