SMS API to Receive income SMS using HTTP
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I need someone that has experience with (1) Asterisk, (2) Wordpress, (3) Linux, and (4) Interface with API to create some code in my Wordpress powered website to handle SMS messages that come from/to DID's I have hosted through ANVEO that are used via VOIP through an Asterisk server (on a Linux VPM Cloud Service). I want a simple webpage that will display an incoming SMS Test Message and allow a response and send a SMS message to one or more cell phones alerting that a message is waiting. We may also want to directly pipe the ANVEO messages to/from cellular SMS messages to one or more cell phones so seamless chat can take place. The API provided by ANVEO has the following instructions?
Anveo.com - SMS API to receive incoming SMS using HTTP
Anveo can forward incoming SMS Text messages received on Anveo phone number to another server using HTTP request.
Description
A number of special placeholders/variables can be used in URL which Anveo will use to forward incoming SMS Text Messages. Placeholders will we replaced with the actual values from incoming SMS message.
$[from]$ - contains the phone number from which SMS message was received.
$[to]$ - contains Anveo Phone Number which received SMS message.
$[message]$ - contains the actual text of the message.
Example
https://www.mydomain.com/smscallback?from=$[from]$&phonenumber=$[to]$&message=$[message]$
The ideal candidate will create the above project and also have good familiarity with asterisk and Linux based Virtual Machines to support my cloud hosted Asterisk on an ongoing basis (paid by the hour) as issues come up that are above my capability.
