infrastructure. It consists of CRM, Radius and NMS. The application is structured as backend and
frontend. The backend consists of core engine, database and third-party integrations. The backend is
exposed via API and CLI. The frontend consists of the web app, android app and will have a unified login
for admins, staff, and customers. The frontend app’s UX will be simple and fast enough to run on any
kind of device and network.
