SET UP PPTP VPN ON MY SERVER

I need someone who can quickly set up PPTP VPN on my server or correct the anomally for the existing VPN tunnels in place.

I have 10 Tunnels created soem time back but they are always on & off.

I need the tunnels to be permanently available for connection to any device at any time. And for connected device. the PPTP vpn should not disconnect.

That's all I need. My budget for this task is $10.
