SAP HANA / Bash Specialist for Script Overhaul

Job Overview:
We are seeking an expert in SAP HANA and Bash/Tcsh to revise and enhance a script used for SAP HANA maintenance and backups. This specialist will work closely with our project manager to ensure that the script is not only functional but also adheres to best practices.
Job Responsibilities:
Analyse the existing SAP HANA script.
Refine, improve, and clean up the current code.
Ensure the script is MDC compliant.
Develop an installation routine, including hdbuserstore, and automate the creation of HANA users along with the necessary rights and authorization.
Augment the logging and messaging system for better monitoring.
Requirements:
Proven experience with SAP HANA architecture.
Proficiency in Bash and/or Tcsh scripting.
Strong understanding of network administration, Linux system administration, and Bash programming.
Must be fluent in English and capable of producing clear documentation.
Availability to start ASAP and aim to complete the project by the end of August.
