Run existing win10 virtualbox machine on linux dedicated server

I am looking for someone who can run Windows 10 virtual servers on oracle virtualbox installed on linux running on a dedicated server. I already have the virtualbox files ready. The size of my virtual win10 server is 65 GB (not zipped, otherwise 22 GB when zipped). I can upload it to the linux server easily.
So far I used windows 2019 server but I am tied to pay $25 per month for the windows server licence so I want to switch to free os on the dedicated server.
I need my windows 10 virtual machine to have internet access through the linux server so having Windows 10 virtual machine running on linux without internet does not interest me.
The windows machine should continue to run when I log off as the linux server remains connected. There will be 3x the same windows 10 machine running on the same linux dedicated server. It has SSD drive so it's ok.
I can ask the hosting company to install any linux/os version.
