Run .exe file on Linux server

Hello,
I have an app working fine on my Windows xampp localhost. This app uses a .exe file to compete its task, fpcalc.exe. I need to run this app on a Linux Ubuntu server, which means running the fpcalc.exe file on a Linux server.
You will need to have your own hosted Linux Ubuntu account so that you can show that you are capable of getting this to run before being awarded project.
Project is to instruct me on how to replicate the running of the app on a Linux Ubuntu server. I have included the app as an attachment and a screenshot of what it should look like on a browser (output.png).
You must be able to show you can run it on your own Linux server before award is given.

I was unable to run command winecfg
0050:err:explorer:initialize_display_settings Failed to query current display settings for L"\\\\.\\DISPLAY1".
00f4:err:winediag:nodrv_CreateWindow Application tried to create a window, but no driver could be loaded.
00f4:err:winediag:nodrv_CreateWindow Make sure that your X server is running and that $DISPLAY is set correctly.
