Resolver Problema con Mysql en WHM / Cpanel

The MYSQL service is not working on our server with WHM hosted in contabo, we have received an email notification from whm/cpanel with the message "The service “mysql” appears to be down./ Stuck on restart of mysql" please we need the support of a specialist who can raise the mysql service on our server and tell us what we must do so that this does not happen to us again.

We have root access through whm and also through putty
