Resolve Specific User Email Disruptions on Direct Admin server

I'm experiencing significant difficulties on my server related to an ongoing issue with the email function of my web application. The primary issue I'm dealing with is that the server isn't effectively sending emails to the form.
We have the VPS with the Direct Admin installed. After we have activated the client web site the contact forms don't work. We don't receive any emails. At the same time on the staging server, everything works perfectly. We need to use it as the main Gmail or some of our emails because the client is using the exchange. We will explain in detail the issues with the doc file.
This task would ideally be tackled by someone with extensive experience with Direct Admin and server management, as well as troubleshooting email functionality issues.
