Resolve Gmail Delay on OVH Server
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
Fix delay on emails delay into gmail coming from our OVH dedicated server: It appears that the Auto-refresh on google is to blame related to 30 minute refresh on the POP3 emails and they seem to have completely removed the IMAP option from their system.
Mails are coming in real time on webmail there is no delay on our server. the delay is on the Gmail's part
Previously on siteground it came insteantly into gmail as their server registered within Google workspaces.
The account connected via POP3. Our sites go through Cloudfare as well.
Because forwards are still instant but we need it direct POP instant as we reply/manage through gmail for our info@ our domain email (emails look like they coming from info email even though we replying via gmail).
Issue is ow we have all our sites on Ovh server but still have 1 site with emails going through site ground server to keep them instant into Gmail (eCommerce brand) but our IT emails on a new server with 20-30 min delay which won't work for clients!
Need someone with work around who can get our emails coming into instantly
