Resolve Debian 11 Telnet Mail Connection Timeout

I'm currently experiencing a connection timeout when I try to resolve telnet mail.example.com 587. The exact message I'm receiving is 'Connection timed out'. On the other hand, telnet localhost 587 is functioning properly on Debian 11 with Postfix Dovecot running ISPConfig.
In addition, I'm also in need of help for some minor fixes. I'm not exactly sure if any recent changes in my network configuration or firewall settings have triggered these issues.
