Rescue lost data in Centos 7 cloud server hosted in Ionos

Hi,
I have a website hosted in my cloud server located on Ionos
Accidentally, I deleted a directory of images on path /var/www/hosts/mydomain/httpdocs/img/*
suddendly the server got frozen, I rebooted the cloud server from Ionos server panel and since then the server won't start
Researches until now:
when launching KVM console in mode grub rescue followed the steps in the attached picture
Impossible to rebuild GRUB
I am not able to rescue some mysql data bases and other important files
Do not know if some partitions or other data may have been destroyed, missed, dislocated
I mounted Gparted live cd to check partitions, 2 are active but the software does not detect any file system neither in both
I need someone who has skills to recover mysql databases lost in some partition
