Require engineer for long term support

I am looking for long term support for one of my project. If you have thats skills you think then answer the below question as earliest and I will contact you soon once I evaluate your answer.
If you have the experience, how many years, when last used please and any comments.
1) You are an expert in managing, troubleshooting, and tuning large-scale distributed Linux systems(CentOS or RHEL).
2) You have experience in managing hardware resources like HP servers and EMC storage
3) Experience in managing and troubleshooting VMWare clusters
4) You have monitored large-scale SaaS apps; know how to instrument code for observability.
5) Solid Experience of configuration and orchestration tool Puppet ( what Puppet experience do you have? Depth, specific knowledge)
6) Solid Experience with modern database systems (MySQL, ElasticSearch, MongoDB).
