Request for OpenWRT Configuration Development: Dell Wyse 3040 & VServer Image Compilation

I am looking for an experienced developer to create two specific OpenWRT .config files. The goal is to compile two functional OpenWRT images:
#1. Dell Wyse 3040:
OpenWRT Version: 23.05.4
Hardware: Dell Wyse 3040 (see GitHub repository)
Requirements:
Support for USB drives with FAT, NTFS, and Ext4 file systems.
Additional packages must be installable via opkg, with access to the official OpenWRT repository.
Pre-installed packages: htop, screen, tmux, nano, wget-ssl, iperf3, docker, dockerd, luci-dockerman, fuse-overlayfs, luci-app-samba4.
Important: A USB stick with ext4 must be mounted as an overlay filesystem, so that the root directory uses the size of the USB stick.
#2. VServer:
Additional Requirements:
The image for the VServer must contain all the identical packages as the one for the Dell Wyse 3040 (see above).
Additionally, a fully configured WireGuard server with luci-proto-wireguard.
Packages: luci-app-ddns, ddns-scripts.
The remaining storage space on the VServer must also be usable as an overlay filesystem.
Problem: I have already attempted to compile an image for the Dell Wyse 3040, but I am having issues correctly mounting the USB overlay once additional packages are included. The overlay works with a minimal configuration. Therefore, I need support in adjusting the .config file to fix this issue. The same applies to the VServer, where WireGuard and DDNS must also be included.
Process:
Payment: Payment will be made after it is verified that the images work correctly and the USB stick or remaining storage space can be successfully mounted as an overlay.
Language: Communication in German is preferred. Offers from people fluent in German will be given preference. Please indicate in the application whether a translator is being used.
