Repair 403 error on apache2 webserver (debian)

I've never been able to correct that error, I corrected the permission for 755 on folders and 644 to files, checked the directory index in the apache2 conf, and removed all unused confs, but I'm still having that issue.
I need you to correct that problem using putty on my pc through anydesk, teamviewer or other. I can't give direct ssh access as it's production server. Also you will only stop apache for short periods when testing.

The error happen only for directories, for exemple if I try to access mywebsite/subfolder I will have a 403 but if I call mywebsite/subfolder/index.php it will work
