Repair Synology NAS Task Script That Sends an Email When a Folder has a new file.

We need a script to monitor a folder on our Synology NAS and send an email when there is a new file.
I have attached a script I found on the internet that is supposed to do what I am looking for. When I run the script, it does not work. Many internet posts report that the script does not work with DSM 7, which is what we are running.
We will set up the script to run using the Synology Task Manager.
Please only bid on this job if you own a Synology NAS to test the script. You must get the script to work on your Synology NAS before asking me to try the script on my NAS.
I will not provide login access to my NAS.
I only release funds when the script is working properly on my NAS.
