Repair Plesk on Webserver: 500 Plesk\Exception\

Hi everybody,
I need a quick help with my Webserver. It seems to be corrupted and needs to be repaired.
Right now I keep getting these error Messages:
DB query failed: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1033 Incorrect information in file: './psa/smb_generalPermissions.frm', query was: DESCRIBE `smb_generalPermissions`
Type Plesk\Exception\Database
Message DB query failed: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1033 Incorrect information in file: './psa/smb_generalPermissions.frm', query was: DESCRIBE `smb_generalPermissions`

I have issue with multiple ssl certificates that are supposed to automatically renew after expiry with Lets Encrypt, but this doesnt seem to work. I cannot access Most of the Folders of the attached websites via FTP (the ones where the certificate has expired).
Who can help to fix Plesk and to get access to the Plesk interface again?
