Remove Perfctl malware from my VPS

Since 1 month, my VPS on Hostinger has been infected by a malware called Perfctl.
After trying to delete it, it always comes back.

It crashs my server and runs my CPU and RAM at high usage.

I need an expert to understand from where it came, delete it permanently and make sure the VPS / code is secured so it doesn't come back.
