Project Title: Remote Support and Monitoring

I am looking for a freelancer who can provide IT support and 24/7 monitoring for my system.

Requirements:

- Expertise in providing IT support for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues remotely.

- Experience in setting up and configuring remote support systems.

- Knowledge of aws services and linux

- Ability to implement security monitoring measures to ensure the safety of the system.

- Familiarity with remote support and monitoring software.

Expected Level of Service:

- The ideal freelancer should be able to provide 24/7 monitoring and support to ensure the smooth operation of the system.

- Prompt response and resolution of any issues that may arise.

Note:

- As I have no prior experience with remote support and monitoring systems, I am looking for a freelancer who can guide and assist me throughout the process.
