Remote system monitoring

I am seeking a freelancer to help me with remote system monitoring. I am seeking a solution to help me manage my 40 Desktop and Laptop PCs network. The things I want to monitor (from a remote location) are the following:

1) The free space available in C Drive
2) The CPU temperatures
3) The GPU and other critical temperatures
4) Applications installed recently

Below are some actions which I would like to do from a remote location again:

1) Run SFC and DISM commands (scheduled every week or so)
2) Uninstall any programs which are not needed (manually)
3) Clear Cache and Temp folders (scheduled every week or so)

Finally, some kind of alert to emails when
1) C drive space is running out
2) CPU temps are getting too high
3) GPU temps are getting too high

I am currently thinking a combination of Zabbix and Grafana but am open to other open-source/cost-effective solutions.
