Remote patching for Ubuntu

We run custom software and hardware systems for businesses we work with.
All systems are run on Ubuntu / Linux.
Your task will be to maintain that all systems on site are running the latest version of Ubuntu.
Releasing patches every time a new update is released and sending it to the contractor on site to install on the machine.
The machines on site do not connect to the internet. So you need to build the patch, email it to the contractor and they will install on the machine on site.
You need to stay updated with what we currently have and what new updates have been released and build patches accordingly.
