Remote desktop access from a Windows PC to a CENTOS host

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to help in setting up remote desktop access from a Windows PC to a CENTOS host. The key is to be able to access an existing Linux GUI session remotely. I tried a few things myself but I was only able to open a new session remotely.
