Remote Laptop Maintenance Support

I need a dependable tech-savvy helper who can log in remotely and keep my personal laptop running smoothly. The core of the job is routine housekeeping: installing the latest operating-system, application, and driver updates, reorganising my growing pile of documents into a logical folder structure, and stepping in when everyday glitches appear (slowdowns, printer hiccups, Wi-Fi drops, that sort of thing).

All work is done over a secure remote-access session—TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or a similar tool—so location is not an issue. I’ll schedule sessions in one-hour blocks and pay a flat $20 per hour.

Deliverables I’m expecting:
• Updates applied and verified without data loss
• Clear, intuitive folder hierarchy with duplicates removed
• Brief note after each session summarising what was fixed or improved
