Redhat 9 Duo Server Installation

I require a professional to write a script I can run to install DUO with a main purpose as a server setup for Redhat 9.3 . The server will run the DUO Multi-Factor Authentication application. I specifically need the SSH implementation of DUO Multi-Factor Authentication. I understand there is a file that requires 3 input value from my DUO Admin which could reference a File that I add those inputs or pulls from a file?
This needs to be for system wide and SSH - Also no Public Key Auth.
