Recovering VMDK file from the raw disk file

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me recover a VMDK file from a raw disk file. The raw disk file is between 100GB and 500GB in size. The VMDK file uses a raw file system on VMware. Thankfully, I have a backup of the VMDK file.
Also I have the VMDK flat file
