Reconfigure vEthernet adapter so Linux VM running in Windows server can be seen

We have two Linux VM's running on our Windows Server 2019 PC which one provides us with a ticket system (used via browsers on our office PC's) and the other runs pfsense for our VPN access.
Our server had a problem with what looks like the network adapters and now we are unable to see the ticket system on our office PC's. Im looking for somebody who can remote access into our Server PC and fix this issue, which I think is with the vEthernet adapter setup for the VM's in Hyper-V.
