Real Time Master Slave MSQL replication through internet

We need to set up a real time MSQL database replication between computers running in several location and our office.
OS: the remote databases are stored on windows 10 pcs. The computer in our office use ubuntu server.
Connexion: the solution must be able to synchronise data after connexion lost / retrieval.
RealTime : refresh < 1 minute (if internet connexion available)
Data amount : around 1 Mb per minute
Dead Line : 3 days max
Upgrade : in a second time, we will need to merge the data from several remote database into the central database at office
