Rclone web front-end

I am looking for a Freelancer to develop a web front-end for the "rclone"(apt-get install rclone or check rclone.org) application. Only for google-drive type of cloud drive.
It means we have a google drive storage and configured rclone (rclone.conf with drive's token).
You need to create a web UI front-end (which will be hosted on Ubuntu Linux VM, prefer nginx as a web server).
This UI will get folders and files list from google-drive storage by using rclone and display it on web-page.
When clicking on selected file to download on the displayed page UI will find corresponded file on google-drive and feed the full file path on google-drive (the link) to the client side code (mean end-user side) to start downloading.
The file is encrypted, so after downloading the unencrypting will be needed (on the client side in browser).

Plz bid ONLY if you are the end developer, no manager bidding, we will just waste a lot of time, cause description will need a lot of real time tech talk & explanation which is impossible with "manager".
