Raspberry pi zero / banana pi zero wifi camera

i need that a rpi0 W2 whit v2 camera module act like a portable wifi camera: needs to record videos on sd whit timestamp and if it finds a preconfig networks need to start rtsp stream. The video and the streams must be 1080p 30fps whit no lag, low latecy and whit autofocus... Excatly the same for bananapi zero whit cameras that support 1080p 30fps video. The banana can mount 2020-04-10-raspbian-jessie or other os.
