Raspberry pi x86 wine x-ray.exe app

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me run an x-ray.exe app on a Raspberry Pi 3/4 using Wine with Java enabled. The purpose of this app is to scan and analyze x-ray images. I have tried installing the app before, but it did not install properly. My budget for this project is less than $100.
