Raspberry PI kernel development

I seek an expert in Linux or Raspberry Pi Operating Systems. We require a fast-booting RPi OS tailored to run any QT application. Although we have a system in use for years, its boot time is slow (approximately 15 seconds). We've identified a potential solution but may need optimization for the correct IMG file. Additionally, guidance is needed on placing our QT application file on the micro-SD card for proper execution.
