Raspberry Pi Zero Linux Configuration

I am looking for a Linux Debian Systems Engineer who can expertly install, configure, troubleshoot and debug my Linux Debian system. My project is very much like a remote control scooter project.

The technical parts I use:
- Raspberry pi zero 2w
- Waveshare sim7600g-h 4g usb modem

I have made progress so far with these parts. The system automatically connects to 4g internet and chooses 4g as the main internet output (ip route add default dev ppp0) and automatically connects to a wifi address that the Raspberry pi can access, but sometimes the system behaves like this. I have an active ppp0 connection everything looks correct but I can't connect to the internet then I have a service that auto restarts the wvdial service that restarts itself many times and at some point it automatically reconnects to the internet.

** I would like to solve exactly my problem that the internet connection fails when everything looks correct.

**nodejs project is running from the system and it pings my server every 5 minutes. As seen in the picture, the connection is experiencing long-term disconnections
