Raspberry WIFI html page

Hello I would to create a Wi-Fi credential webpage so instead of using the raspberry normal Wi-Fi tab. I mean I want a separate Wi-Fi page that I will installed on Apache2 root folder WWW and place the Wi-Fi setup page so remotely i could connect or joined the raspberry to any WIFI SSID i want to, instead of using raspberry desktop.

I just need a simple webpage so i COULD SETUP THE Wi-Fi of the raspberry instead of using raspberry desktop.
