Raspberry Pi 4 B GPS coordinate

Good morning, I have a GPS antenna connected to my working raspberry pi 4B, I would like to create a system capable of sending the real-time position of my raspberry pi 4B to a website that in real time draws on the map the movements of the device.
Is it possible to do this?
