HD RTMP Streaming Setup on Ubuntu with Video.js

I'm looking to set up an RTMP streaming on an Ubuntu server, capable of both live streaming and Video on Demand (VOD). The stream needs to be delivered in High Definition (HD) using the Video.js HLS player for m3u8 streaming.
