Quick Job Due Today

Looking for someone to help setup Hetzner Dedicated Server - Currently have 2 x 3TB drives, and a 256 GB SSD drive, looking to set up the latest Ubuntu minimal operating system on it using Hetzner Rescue, but need to install on the SSD drive and then mount the 2 x 3TB HDD drives afterwards, and optomizing the drives for speed and storage. I need someone to help by PROVIDING DIRECTIONS on how to do this rather then doing themselves, I can remote screenshare, but want to know how to do it for future sessions. This should take less then 1 hour estimate.
