Qnap / Nas help with Putty Commands

I need to run the password, I have it, to unlock my files that were part of a Ransomware attack. I have several SCRIPTS that will do this, but I just don't know how to work in Putty. I have it on my computer. I have access to my NAS server, I have the Password, and I have some scripts. Need help. TODAY. RIGHT NOW I hope.
