QNAP expert or NAS expert to work remotely -- 2

Hi i have two QNAP NAS in different physical locations, and i want to be able to sync files from one to another programing a rtrr work, but it shows error while doing that. Need help trying to figure it out the problem.

It will be done using a remote desktop tool like teamviewer
