Pywinauto, Wine, & UIAutomationCore.dll Integration on Ubuntu
Budget: $150 – $500 CAD
I'm looking for an experienced automation engineer who can help get pywinauto to properly load UIAutomationCore.dll while running on Wine 64 on my Ubuntu 24 container. The ultimate goal is to be able to run pywinauto using uia with Wine 64.
Key Requirements:
- Deep understanding of pywinauto, and its integration with UIAutomationCore.dll.
- Proficient in working with Wine 64 on Ubuntu.
- Experience in automating UI testing for native Windows applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills to overcome library compatibility issues.
Right now, I'm facing library compatibility issues which has hindered my progress. When running pywinauto in 64bit Wine I run into an error that it couldn't load UIAutomationCore.dll. Ideally, I need someone who can debug and solve these issues, allowing for seamless automation of UI testing.
