Proxy Routing process

I want Proxy Routing process with custom proxy, Like I assign proxy server with hostname, & when user use that hostname as a proxy, then system will change then system mac will also change, then proxy server will pick separate ip for added custom list separately for each mac system. So Same ip will not repeated in more then one system.
