Proxmox VE: setup ZeroTier VPN + add additional public IP address to the network

I'd like you to show me how to setup ZeroTier for my Proxmox VE. Also, I'd like you to show me how to add additional public IP addresses to the Proxmox network. When connected, we can arrange a video conference with screen sharing.
