Proxmox Server Expert for SQL Server VM Exposure

I need a Proxmox Server expert who can help me expose my SQL Server VM to the public domain. The server is running Ubuntu and I want to be able to access it from any IP address.

Key requirements:
- Configure a Static IP for the SQL Server VM
- Set up only the necessary ports for SQL Server
- Ensure the server is remote-accessible

Skills and experience required:
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Proxmox server
- Proficiency in Ubuntu and Windows (as the SQL server is running on a VM)
- Expertise in SQL Server configuration and firewall settings
- Ability to set up Static IPs and configure network settings
