Provide documentation and sript to setup and synchornize OpenLDAP with ActiveDirectory

Tasks:
Setup OpenLDAP on Oracle Linux v9 (not on docker)
Setup organization: demonet
Setup basic users: user1, user2, admin

Setup lsc connector (lates version)
Connect to AD primary DC.
Setup sync tasks
Provide documentation.
Provide scripts, setup should be automated without user intervention.
Place the sychronization script to gitlab pipeline to run every 5 minutes.
