Problem with virtual machine in VIRTUALIZOR

Hello, I have a very big problem with a virtual machine in VIRTUALIZOR (KVM) - It is a production device.
I tried to edit the disk size from 2TB to 3TB. However it didn't work. Then they explained to me that for this I had to perform an additional disk conversion action.
Due to ignorance I DID NOT DO IT, but now my VM does not allow me to connect even though the VIRTUALIZOR control panel shows that it is running.
I think that editing the size from 2TB to 3TB was a mistake, but now I can't go back to the previous size and the worst thing is that I can't enable my VM. It's an emergency, can someone help me?
