Private DNS Scrept

I am going to create a script for a private dns Server
I will have the requirements
1/ My linux server needs to install private dns by running this script
2/ I need a panel from where I can manage customers
The admin panel will have futures
By default there will be 5 packages one month package minimum 1 month package will deduct 1 credit, by date in the admin panel, when the date ends, the customer will be automatically deleted or block
1/ Add and delete customer from Admin Panel
2/ customer Renewal System
3/ Reseller can be created Block Reseller and Unblock Reseller Balance Transfer and edit if want to change anything
Reseller Panel Futures
1/ Can only add and renew customers
2/ You can view transaction history
I am confirming one thing but it is not vpn service but many applications cannot be accessed if vpn is turned on because of vpn detection we will use private dna service if we connect our private dns we can access our specified apps by our server ip
