On-Premise Server Hosting Configuration

I'm looking for an expert in web hosting and server configuration who can help me move my hosting services in-house. Here's a brief overview of what I need:
- Hosting Configuration: I need assistance in setting up and configuring a web server, email server, and database server on an on-premise solution.
- Server OS: The server will be running on Linux. Prior experience with these operating systems is highly preferred.
- Traffic Anticipation: My website is expected to see a medium level of traffic. This means the server setup should be robust enough to handle a growing online presence.
Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Proven experience in setting up and configuring on-premise servers
- Proficiency in Linux operating systems
- Understanding of server load balancing and hosting best practices
- Knowledge of database hosting and email server configuration

Additionally maybe we can use cpanel or virtualmin? I would also love to setup docker server and VPS inhouse too. I have enough server hardware to accommodate it all.
Facility has fiber optic internet symmetrical gigabit and cellular failover also available.
This is a small setup only for about 4 sites right now but there is a potential to have it grow larger.
Currently we have about 4 servers HP Microserver Gen8. I was thinking of having pfSense as internet facing and handling internet failover; Then deploy DB server, docker server, email server, and Proxmox server and maybe some other goodies to monitor and manage it all. Ability to have customers have their own interface similar to cpanel or virtualmin is a must so they can deploy their own site in cases when i am simply providing hosting services. So please help me out, lets design a plan of infrastructure and what software and OS needed and begin this configuration. I need this done before September begins.
